I ordered this dress to wear for a Mardi Grass ball and it was PERFECT! From the size chart I was going to order a large, but after reading reviews I decided to order a medium and the fit was perfect. I normally wear an 8-10. It was shorter than I expected, but that wasn’t a problem. I am about 5’4 and it touched the ground just enough to cover my feet. I wore flats and they didn’t show, but heels would have shown and made the dress not touch the ground at all. It does not have breast pads built in at all and the back is too low for a bra. It was very comfortable and has some stretch to it. I got several comments on this dress, I loved it!
