Peels existing paint
I used these to paint over existing paint and it peeled it up and made it kind of bumpy. It is disappointing but not worth it to send them back. If you are using them over a plain surface, and only plan to give it one coat, these will work fine. Don't expect to get a perfect finish if you go over it a second time.
