Finish the work in six months.

I bought this phone for my relatives who are moving into a nursing home. He can't hear well and she can't see well. This phone seemed perfect. After using this device for five months, it started snapping your fingers when you touched it to answer a call. Now the phone is dead. I bought new batteries for my headset and it still won't charge. hope i get my money back
