I had been working with FRCI for nearly 3 years now, firstly as an employee in their Bangalore office then later as my own startup - MyMantra (www.mymantracom). They have supported us from day 1 till today by providing all sorts of technical support to our customers through email queries or live-chat sessions - be it installation issues or any other such query which might crop up during operation time! From being new startups we were facing huge delays when compared against similar companies who are way ahead than what was expected at that point given the fact they served more countries like ours. We could not afford them earlier so this helped me decide whether there's real value add here? Answer was YES. And hence decided to use them fully without going anywhere close about how much should one pay!! Their pricing strategy seems fair but you can always shop around if your budget limits allow. Nothing specific really apart.
