There are many glitches during a call. I've been trying to fix this problem since I bought the phone by buying a new receiver cable and wall cable. It seems fixed one day and terrible the next. This phone is for my mother who lives in a nursing home. Her friends called me and said they couldn't call my mother because the noise was so loud they couldn't hear it. I've experienced the same thing. I want to return this phone but it says the return period has expired. Can you help me.
