I bought these shoes because the reviews said they helped people with plantar fasciitis pain and I suffered a lot every day. My daughter was delighted with her. It took me about 2 weeks to decide if they help. When I woke up one day and felt no pain at all, I realized they worked all the time, but it took my body a while to feel the effects. I think it took me a while to get used to the feel of these types of shoes. So far I love her. I also noticed that all the cracks around the heels and toe pads were gone. They have healed completely in just a few weeks of wearing them. I have used so many lotions etc to no avail and wearing these shoes in just this short time has taken them away. I don't understand how but it's an amazing bonus. For those who have experienced painful cracked skin on their feet, you will appreciate this. Wow, that's all I can say!
