Review on LightWork Software by Stephen Johnson

The customer support team is very responsive, they have made it simple for me as a small business owner (who does not code) to use this software. I am able to create new users within minutes and there are many features that can be used without coding knowledge. Creating user profiles has also been simplified by allowing you to drag-and-drop fields from our profile page and adding them directly in the layout page - no need to add each field separately! This makes creating custom profiles much faster than using Word or Excel templates created by other companies. My biggest challenge right now is trying to figure out how to customize the layouts so we don't have too many columns/fields per row which causes some pages to become unreadable on mobile devices. I would highly recommend looking at all available options before selecting one. Easy setup process; ability to edit easily via editing toolbox; great support when questions arise. Simple system allows.
