I liked that it was easy to use, and could be customized easily to fit any business's needs. It was also very affordable and user friendly. The customer service was great! They helped me with anything I needed as long as I kept them informed about the changes. There were not really any cons at this point because we didn't encounter any problems. We did not try out the chat feature but I am sure it will help us in many ways since Whatsapp has been proven to be useful for businesses. At first I thought it could take some time getting used to the software, but now everything is working well. We are able to get in contact with our customers quickly and easily through Whatsapp. Since we can send multiple messages per day, they are actually receiving them more often than if we called or sent an e-mail.
