Review on Globe Electric Recessed Push N Click 90664 by Ashutosh Takumatla

I bought this because it was too dark in the shower! It was very easy to install but I'm a DIYer but in my opinion a beginner can install this without too much hassle. I have my light hooked up to an exhaust fan, so when I turn on the fan this light comes on. I found this to be the easiest since the electrics are already there. The only downside is that you can't use the dimming function, but I don't use that function as I set it to light and not dim. I have 3 wires left over from the project and I used them to connect this light. I connected the light before installation. I made things easier and reduced the time I had to spend in the attic! Wiring is easy, just match the colors and use the wire connectors. Provides a circle template to draw on the ceiling so it can be cut out. I suggest making a hole in your shower and then cutting it out in the attic. This avoids the 2x4 boards holding the drywall. Stick the light through the hole and then go to the attic and press the clips to attach it. Turn off the powerful exhaust fan and remove the panel from the fan that exposes the wires. Locate the wires that control the fan and connect the dark wire to the fan wire, the white wire to the white wire, and the ground wire to ground. The ground wire does not have a plastic cover. Reattach the wire plate and you're done! If you use an LED bulb you can throw the insulation directly into the light without getting hot or creating a fire hazard which would be a problem with a halogen bulb!
