Review on ELAC Integrated Amplifier Silver EA101EQ G by Jyothish Pillai

Love this amp; sounds great and perfect for my needs. But the included remote control was DOA even after a few upgraded changes and the unit doesn't recognize my Samsung TV remote control. The amp works with an iPhone app, but it's not very handy when trying to adjust the volume in bed. But that's it until I find out something else. Update: I contacted the seller about problems with my product and he found a solution very quickly to replace my original faulty amp with a new one that works great and solves all my problems. Issue. I am not very happy with my purchase. The amp sounds great and fits perfectly with my Samsung TV. In case anyone is wondering, I connected an optical cable to the amp that powers a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 6 floorstanding speakers and the amp connects them with no problems and it all sounds great. I'm hesitant to add a subwoofer to the mix as current speakers deliver a lot of bass. An amp this size and this small would be great for a child in a college dorm, Greek home or anywhere where space is very limited.
