Review on Enchanting Rolife Wooden Puzzles: Ferris Building Delight by James Naylor

I have made many wooden puzzles and have never broken so many puzzle pieces that do NOT have repeating parts. When I broke my first piece I thought it was ok, there must be duplicates if it broke so easily. When I found there were no duplicates, I glued the pieces together and added small supporting strips made from leftovers. Everything was fine until I went to the next step with the same thin pieces and they broke again. I was so upset that I put it aside. Haven't contacted the manufacturer yet to see customer service, I'm too annoyed. I suggest if you are a beginner and want to progress with these types of wooden puzzles, check out another project. I will update this review after emailing the manufacturer.
