Very good quality product with smooth flow control. Plumbing is second nature to me so installation was a breeze but I think even someone who has never turned a wrench could install this if you have a Crest wrench. It has a very nice pressure adjustment feel, meaning it's easy to dial in exactly what you're looking for. You may want to take a very long shower, halve the pressure, and use the same amount of water as you normally would. Or, if you're dirty from gardening and need to pressure wash yourself, switch to high pressure. The controls are really nice and being able to stop the water but not changing the temperature with the shower valve is a game changer. I have a Flume 2 water monitoring system installed in my house (a must have btw) and I am planning to see how much water installing these devices will save on each of my shower heads. I guess I'll cut my bill by 1/3 because of these things! I will post an update after gathering reliable data. UPDATE: 1.5 years later I haven't had a single problem with any of the 3 I've installed. Even the ones my kids play with all the time. They continue to deliver a constant amount of water every time. They should be in every household. Because of these devices and the fact that we care a little more about water, we used about half the water this year, just like last year. That's a lot of money saved without much sacrifice!
