Review on HOT TOOLS Professional Turbo Ceramic Rainbow Hair Dryer 1875W by Heather Johnson

I have tried hot tools for my business many times but have always been disappointed with the poor performance of their products. I bought this blue dryer when my old one stopped working. While I wasn't a fan of hot tools, I was drawn to the color and design so I decided to give this brand another try. The products look the same as the pictures, that's it. When I first used it, I found that the dryer only blows warm air on the hot/high setting. I've checked the settings to make sure I'm on the right one. I passed it off as first time use and maybe it only had to be used a couple of times. Not this case. What used to take 15 minutes to blow dry my hair in the morning is now 30 minutes and I still have slightly damp hair. This hair dryer sits in the back of my closet as a backup in case I buy a new one from a different brand. Pretty ironic that for the Hot Tools brand name it's the complete opposite of my experience with this product - Luke's hot tools are much more accurate.
