Changes from high to honey with no change. The temperature doesn't match. I would send back but I don't have the box. The replacement hair dryer is much better.

tried the fully ionic version of this hair dryer, which dries quickly and leaves hair soft, smooth and even. With this full version of IONIC my hair didn't get greasy in 4-5 days. With this half ion version, the hair drying time wasn't that fast. The hair was a little less soft but it didn't straighten the hair like the full IONIC version. it left some bounce/volume. After reading that IONIC dryers can cause cancer and shouldn't be used regularly, I decided to go with a non-IONIC dryer.

I researched so much and finally decided on this hair dryer. When I first used it, it started smelling strongly of burnt plastic. But I figured it was probably just because it was new. I love the hair dryer it's so cute and works great EXCEPT for one thing. I am a black woman with very thick 4c hair and even when my hair is detangled the comb falls off. To be honest the comb was never stuck and stuck, there was always a bit of room for the comb to rock so you need to take care of that.
