Solar panel with best USB-C PD (Mid 2020), BUT not sufficient

With PD. I believe the laptop requires a USB-C PD 45W 15V 3A profile. I tried the Jackery SolarSaga 100W which has a USB-C port but does not support the USB PD standard and therefore does not charge a device can. I also tried the BigBlue 100W solar panel, which claims to support the USB-C PD standard up to 60W. The BigBlue panel was able to charge my Pixel 3 phone but not my XPS13 laptop. Finally, I tried the Megasolar 100W PD solar panel. It successfully charges my Pixel 3 phone as well as my XPS13 laptop. It also successfully charged the HP EliteBook 840 G6 as well as the 1st Gen Xiaomi Mi Air 13 (2017) laptop. 45 W compared to the power adapter or mains charger. However, laptops will still charge, but this may or may not be safe. Unfortunately, the USB-C controller used by this panel is usually not safe when connecting the USB-C cable and DC cable to the solar panel. I tried this and it worked fine at first, but as soon as the solar panel got shaded, the panel destroyed the USB-C controller on my laptop's motherboard, requiring me to send the laptop in for repair. So I brought this panel back and recommend using a simple solar panel without built-in USB-C controller and portable power station with MBTT solar controller, battery and USB-C PD output instead.
