Just a step above the blue tarpaulin.

So I carried this tarp in Florida in December. He has seen 2-4 showers and lives under a tree on my boat where he can see the sun 2 hours a day. It already has holes to relieve the bimini ties and all the grommets are stretched, although there is enough pressure on it to keep it taut so water doesn't pool.
