I got this on the 1st goes around the headrest was worn out so I took it off and the strap was so rotten it ripped with little to no effort.I was able to rip it in several places.The strap that goes around the seat seems fine but I need to replace another strap.Sad because my dog Loves the seat.I'm glad I forgot to leave this review because today 26/07/2021 the side harness snapped and tipped the seat to one side My dog isn't quite 3.5lbs so doesn't lie down at its weight,material,the webbing seems to be rotten.I can take it apart with my fingers,I sew so it could probably be repaired but I feel like poor quality makes the whole thing unsafe.It would at least me It's $25 for new stuff, so you can find a new location. Update: The company contacted me and sent a replacement. The car seat was under warranty. Excellent customer service.
