As a person who is interested in fashion, I was delighted to check out the CUNYI online store with the hopes of discovering some reasonably priced yet fashionable clothing, shoes, and jewelry. My time spent at CUNY Institute of Technology was, sadly, not satisfying. To begin, the quality of the things I ordered did not correspond to the quality that was promised on the website. The garments both appeared to be of poor quality and provided an unpleasant wearing experience. The shoes were made of a fragile material and were not long-lasting. The jewelry was of poor quality and was prone to breaking easily. I was dissatisfied to see that the level of quality did not correspond to the costs that I had paid. In addition to that, I discovered that it was challenging to navigate the website. Because the search tool did not operate correctly, it was extremely difficult to locate particular products. The process of checking out was not only difficult but also took significantly more time than required. Last but not least, my interaction with their customer support was less than satisfactory. I attempted to get in touch with them so that we could discuss my concerns regarding the quality of their items, but I did not receive a response from them. It was quite annoying that my issues weren't taken into consideration. In general, the interaction I had with the CUNYI online store was less than satisfying for me. The website was difficult to navigate, the company's customer support was poor, and the quality of their products did not correspond to the pricing at which they were offered. If you are searching for fashionable clothing at a price point that is comfortable for you, I would not suggest buying at CUNYI.
