I love Samsung products. However, this particular phone was a nightmare. I learned a long time ago to ALWAYS shop through Revain Restore or Samsung Store through Revain and purchase the Assurion warranty offered with the unit. I studied and I know what I wanted to buy. However, in "this" particular case, the product in the box was NOT the product described. In this case, the phone was listed with GSM operator compatibility. The phone arrived as described with one exception. It was a CDMA compatible phone. To find the problem I had to take the phone to my carrier and look up the IMEI features through my carrier. The Revain agent REALLY worked really hard to help me find a phone that would solve this problem. At this point I'm waiting for the arrival of a new phone. I will be returning this phone with a label on the problem. Wait until the holidays are over to take the item to a UPS store and ship it back. We expect delivery of a new phone on Tuesday. The wearer will need this time to adapt. Raven has been good to me. However I gave it a 1 because what was listed was NOT what I bought. I spent the whole day making phone calls and visiting my operator to diagnose the problem. As for the phone expected Tuesday, Revain's agent made sure the phone matched the listing. But I won't get a definitive answer until Tuesday.
