These pizza pans are designed to take a lot heavier use than the standard ones sold in most stores. In fact, I would almost describe them as pro-level frying pans. Impressions: 1. These things are thick and heavy! 2. Pizza cutters will NOT easily mark the surface.3. These pans heat evenly.4. They are easy to clean.5. They are designed for the long term. Overall: If you buy or bake pizza often, they are worth it. I have no doubt that these pans will easily last for several years. Highly recommended 5 stars.
