When I first bought this item (07/2019) I read the comments. Even though some of the comments said the gallon was watered down, I bought it anyway. I was upset when the package arrived and the seal was broken. Liquid everywhere. Luckily the other items in the box just needed to be rinsed out and there was nothing electronic in the box! I used most of the gallon as needed. Now it's time to refill! Decided to go back to smaller bottles. When they walked in, I was amazed at "how diluted" the gallon was! I photographed the small amount I had left (I poured a gallon into a smaller container to make more margin in my office). In the photo on the left is the original lock soap. The photo on the right is a small one gallon amount. I'll see if there is a difference. But buyers now know there is a visual difference!
