Ideal for running!
I was looking for a running belt bag that offers more space than a normal running belt. I needed something that fits snugly and doesn't bounce around when I run, but is still roomy enough to fit my iPhone 8 Plus, a small keychain, and my ID/money in its case in case I'm racing. This fanny pack went perfectly with everything and wasn't bouncy at all! I also liked that it had a side opening for headphones and a separate smaller pocket where I could store my keys without worrying about the keys scratching my phone's glass. 10/10 recommend.
