The elastic band ensures the fanny pack stays in place and holds the phone and keys. This is what I needed and I got this at a great price.

It is VERY SMALL. It's stretchy, but even with full adjustment to the largest size, it won't fit a MAN! Luckily I'm a little small, but it's tight.

I wanted a bum bag to carry my phone and keys with me when I walk or run. It's well built, has nice padding on the back, is light and strong yet comfortable, great for my needs. It is not suitable for carrying many things. Very happy with them.

I bought this backpack to have my phone with me while riding. it's perfect for that. great fit, you hardly notice it's there. The iPhone fits and you can still hear the music through the fabric without being too muffled. The pack is thin and doesn't bother.

I love this bum bag! I use it regularly to walk my dog and most of the time I even forget it's there. It's thin but can take a lot. The strap is elastic so it looks like it was specially made to shape your body. Highly recommend if you're looking for something with a lower profile to carry your stuff with you while you're active.

This is exactly the size I was looking for in a fanny pack. super thin Just keep my phone, keys and money. The elastic loop has a lot of stretch, but I wish it was a bit longer at its longest position. If you have a large waist or hips I can see how tight it can be. But stretches tight. On the other hand, it stays in place very well when running.

Was looking for a cheap running belt with a cell phone. That's it. All of my $$$ hydration straps can't handle the sheer size of cell phones, plus I don't always run with a strap. My iPhone 11 comes in a protective case and slim wallet case that offers extra space when needed. The waistband is adjustable and elastic. If you have a large midsection, this may be too tight for you. But worth a try in this price range. Excellent quality. 👍

I was looking for a running belt bag that offers more space than a normal running belt. I needed something that fits snugly and doesn't bounce around when I run, but is still roomy enough to fit my iPhone 8 Plus, a small keychain, and my ID/money in its case in case I'm racing. This fanny pack went perfectly with everything and wasn't bouncy at all! I also liked that it had a side opening for headphones and a separate smaller pocket where I could store my keys without worrying about the keys…

I like it but be aware the waistband is a little tight. I have a 34" waist and adjusted the belt as best I could. The belt is elastic so when I pull it it stretches to a decent size but I don't know if my waist was bigger it would be comfortable. Also remember that the tighter it fits you, the more space you'll lose in your pocket. Even if you stuff everything into it, it will be so close to you that you can feel every item you have in your bag with your stomach. Lol Otherwise I love the bag. I
