Inexpensive alternative to OEM
The bottom line is that it works. However, it is not designed or manufactured to the same level as an OEM product. There is no hole in the case for mounting screws. Considering that there is a metal thread built into the regular hole at this point, simply drilling a hole will not work. I installed without this attachment point. Also, the plastic case isn't that durable. However, everything seems to be working fine. I just won't expect this part to get 170,000 miles like I got from the original.
