I like that you can access everything from anywhere with internet, it's very easy to use for day-to-, week or month end reports - also useful if an employee has been away sick! The support team in India are great at their job but communication could be improved (it sometimes takes days before they get back).

Also not all features work when using your own mobile sim card instead of through truck com network provider so make sure this works as well otherwise have someone else run them off theirs while travelling / working remotely! We used TCO mainly because we needed something more cost effective than others out there such us Fleetsoft who charge £10K+ per annum which would require significant investment into training staff etc..
