but it seems like the easiest solution would be to just buy something smaller.

I bought this tape to transfer vinyl text onto objects but it is too sticky and will not remove vinyl text. I've seen a few videos that offer solutions to this problem, but it seems like the simplest solution is to just buy something less sticky.
