Absolutely in love with this carrier! One of my favorite purchases. Aside from what is most obvious how beautiful and well made it is (it reminds me of a classic 70's suitcase my parents owned), I live in a city and rely on my bike and public transport for when I go can't walk Using the carrier as a backpack has allowed me to take my cat on my bike to all my vet visits. A huge plus for me and my body and what I was looking for for so long. Also, it's durable and well made, just like real luggage, so I feel better on the bike with it than those flimsy cloth backpacks you see. God forbid an accident happens, I know it offers a degree of protection that other bags just can't offer. (For him it is also like a helmet). It also has a top handle for use as a regular stretcher and legs for use as a car seat or airplane stretcher, so you're really paying to use the 4-in-1. My cat loves it: it loves to look and is curious but it is a huge scared cat. This allows him to look at the world, but conveniently it's easy to hide. The side panels that open are another big plus, making it the easiest way to get him in and out and also giving him a handy base when he's at the vet. There's enough space inside to sit or lie down (for reference, he weighs 10 pounds), and the cozy liner makes it more comfortable and inviting for him. It bites webs (which is why I needed a new stretcher). So far he could not hurt him despite the bite. It's so cute (and also to make him more comfortable) to leave it as another bed in the house for him. Also the packaging it came in was nice and it was convenient to store it in. Basically, you get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.
