Review on FuseMetrix by Barry Hill

I like how easy it is for my team members who are not tech savvy, or don't have time in certain hours of day/weekend days etc.,to update our client information into this system without having them be experts at using these programs! The software has been great so far but we do need more training from support staff if they want us as small business owners (who just use computers) would trust that everything will work fine after being updated within seconds!! We can quickly add new clients by searching online databases then importing all info right away.
