Review on 💻 Intel Core i7-8700 Desktop Processor: 6 Core, Up to 4.6 GHz, LGA 1151 300 Series, 65W Power Consumption by Wiktor Redziski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Got pros: Performance - compared to the Core i7 4770k that I had for 7 years until now, the performance has significantly increased, despite the fact that the 4770k has 4 cores \ 8 threads and here there are 8 cores. Some games sank in FPS, I thought the video card was to blame, it turned out that the percentage did not pull. With heat dissipation, everything is ok - I installed the Noctua NH-D15 air tower, which is healthy as hell, it keeps the temperature - with almost silent operation of the coolers in the system unit (of which there are 5), the temperature of the cores did not rise above 59 degrees when playing GTA 5 for an hour. Some cons: Of course, the biggest drawback is the price, if you are not an intel fan, then you can take a good stone from AMD for this money, but I didn’t even consider them, so I can’t talk about the difference.
