Normal speakers only lasted two months and there is practically no support

Normal speakers for their money. Easy to connect and connect with Bluetooth. Not much base, but that's to be expected for a 3.5-inch speaker. Unfortunately I had to update my review as the speakers broke shortly after publication. Yes, they broke after just two months, and unfortunately Pyle doesn't have acceptable support. The speakers worked fine for a while, but then they just stopped playing sound. They played for 10-15 minutes and then just stopped. They still showed connected to Bluetooth on every phone I tried but I have no sound. Turning the speakers on and off also didn't result in any normal startup or connection beeps. So it seemed like there was an issue with the amp or the power supply. If I leave the speakers unplugged for an hour or so, they start up again within an hour work . So I contacted Pyle for support as they had a 12 month warranty. They eventually replied to my email and after a quick email they said I needed to send them the speakers for evaluation. If they find a problem, they would repair or replace them and send them back. There were some problems with this "solution". First I had to pay the cost of shipping the speakers to them as well as the return shipping cost of shipping them back to me. The only payment option was to put my credit card number on the paperwork that came with the speakers. Since I don't easily give my credit card numbers to strangers, this was a hurdle for me. On top of that they couldn't give me any idea how much the return shipping would cost. It could have been more than the cost of the speakers, who knows. Also, there was no guarantee that they would actually fix the speakers. But of course they still take money from me. I've dealt with many warranty claims over the years and have never been charged by a company for return shipping or asked to send them my hard copy credit card information. Needless to say Pyle speakers are now in the junk and I have purchased speakers from another company willing to endorse their products. If you decide to buy these speakers, or ALL of Pyle's speakers, be sure to pay a few bucks for additional warranty coverage. That way you can at least replace them for free if they break.
