Setup on the Smartlife app was very easy. It even comes with batteries. All of this is fantastic. When I walk past it I see a flash of red light which I assume is sending out a notification. Well, when I went into the settings to enable this option, it seems that I enter my phone number and "subscribe". I'm not interested in providing my phone number or paying to receive notifications. I think I have to pay because it is listed as 'Buy' and 'Added Value' options. Not sure how the motion sensor value is actually increased by letting the owner know when it goes offline. TL; DR: Easy setup, but no bueno as there seems to be a fee for receiving notifications, or at least I have to give up my phone number. what I won't do.
