Your little princess will love it! You? Not as much. I say this as a joke because I had to assemble it. It consists of a thousand parts, but the first two floors are already assembled. A very detailed step-by-step poster is included in the box. Although the instructions are not written, they are illustrated and easy to follow if you follow them step by step. I also looked on YouTube and saw a short video of someone assembling this which really helped me put it together. The instructions seemed to make sense after watching the YouTube video. Took me two hours to put it together including installing all the small toothbrushes, crockery and table decorations and decals. It makes the sounds of a toilet flushing (too cute), it has a running fan, a sink with running water and brush sounds, and a spinning fish tank. However, you can't use all three at the same time as they all use the same interchangeable base. Our granddaughter has spent countless hours playing with her Barbie dream house. She keeps her Barbie boat in the garage and loves having her Barbie up and down the elevator. So if there is a rescue, the hours you've spent building it will be worth it as there are many, many more hours of gameplay to come. I hope this review was helpful to you.
