I've seen negative reviews about the poor quality of this product and I just don't agree. I was really impressed with how good the teether is. The biscuit is heavy when clipped into a child's shirt, but I don't mind. My son is one year old and I buckle him up when he's in a car seat or stroller (every time we go somewhere I don't want him to lose or drop him), I'm not worried that he will drops him. Do not attach it to clothing. When I use it as a pacifier clip it works great! I think it smells so cute and my son loves it. It's very easy to clean and I wasn't afraid it would fall apart. The only thing that almost put me off buying it was the price - about $$$ for a teething toy but you get what you pay for! :)
