Review on Rancho RS999046 RS9000XL Series Shock by Robert Berio

Installed on my dad's 2008 Ford F250 2wd The car has had a terrible ride since the day it was bought new. Since it was bought primarily as a touring tractor, it lived with a lousy ride and assumed heavy trucks drove just like that. Well, 40,000 miles later and I had to drive it to work for a few days. This thing beat me to death and even scared me. Well, my dad isn't an aftermarket guy, but I convinced him to give it a try. They are amazing. It feels like a different car. In its softest setting it floats over the bumps in the road and has much better stability and control even in its softest setting. We didn't try harder settings because it rides so well on the softest settings. He can choose to stiffen up for towing, but I think a soft setting would work well. Just a small complaint. The adjustment knob only has small numbers and there were no instructions in the box on how to adjust from soft to hard. A little search on their website cleared it up.
