Kind of mixed feelings on this one. The straps were what I expected and worked great for the purpose I bought them for. The problem is I was missing one of the straps and had an extra ratchet assembly. So basically I ended up with 5 usable ratchet straps. I didn't realize it until I had the 5 usable straps in place so I didn't want to go through the hassle of removing all of them, packaging them up, and returning them to Revain so I emailed "Michael" at the company that supplies the straps. After a couple of days I got an email saying that they were sending me a replacement and that it would be ten days. That was 28 days ago and I still have not received my replacements. Oh well, live and learn, but next time I will handle it through Revain.Maybe "Michael" will make it right after reading this, but I kind of doubt it.
