My daughter wanted this as a birthday gift, when we opened it the loop was broken but I got great customer service and the problem was solved. I have a very happy 5 year old! Many thanks for your help! A great buy for anyone hesitant to spend, the headband is detachable to wear at all times and the headphones are very comfortable on my daughter's ears unlike all the cheap little ones that end up hurting and too become garbage we used them for almost three months and they are still perfect!
