Review on Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack Nintendo Computers & Tablets by Evan Haynes

I liked most of what the Skylanders series had to offer. I only play 3ds xl so keep that in mind. The portal gets stronger with each iteration. With every game I like the style of the world less. There is so much beauty in the first two games that it pales next to them. The game hangs heavily from time to time and loading between areas was VERY slow. I found a lot more bugs, like walls you can fall through or places where the game actually freezes. You must also listen to the cutscene EVERY time. Play other games. There are false inclusions where you need to use the pin. They add little to the gaming experience and are actually distracting. Another criticism was the use of Native American drum rhythms as "capture" music. Also, using stereotypical southern accents to refer exclusively to bad guys, and stupid ones at that. Please. The civil war is over. In general, the gameplay is fun, not very difficult and more relaxed. Would like more content. The weapons in this game are old toy portals that allow you to access additional content. Overall I liked it except for what I mentioned. I would buy it for a kid who is patient enough to wait for the download time. And I would talk to them about stereotypes.
