B01NCQUE0X - HQUA-OWS-6 UV Water Sterilizer is a great piece of equipment at an affordable price. I researched different brands and units of measure. This device matched the GPM (gallons per minute) my system required and I studied the differences in light sources and how they remove and infiltrate harmful pathogens by removing microorganisms. Essentially, UV light for water treatment is the same based on the water's flow rate in gallons per minute, and it doesn't make sense that different brands are priced so differently. This device was at a very good price and was easy to install. During installation I had to reduce my plumbing lines from 3/4 to 1/2 with a reducer fitting, I re-tightened the fitting and removed an inlet on the block. I contacted HQUA's engineering department and asked for a quote to replace a cleaned part that was over tightened. James from HQUA contacted me and replaced the part free of charge without even charging me for shipping. The company supports the product and has great customer service. I received the spare part within 2 days and installed the device. The device works as expected and I cannot praise HQUA enough for their excellent customer service and technical support! Enjoy clean drinking water!
