Poor Workmanship Fitting Parts

Doesn't work the brake lever is misadjusted so when you squeeze brake fluid leaks out, no pressure builds up and that keeps me where I was .Toy or kids scooter.It's a tricycle and it's my everyday rider NOT HAPPY.I will return it and ask for the working one or a FULL refund including shipping.
