We bought these slip stabilizers for our fifth wheel. We got them in January but didn't open them until we went camping this month. To our surprise, they were used. One was improperly assembled and had a striped screw. Plus the big jack didn't work. So it was totally useless. The other one was ok. I tried to see if I could come back but didn't see a place to. It was our fault for not opening it as soon as we received it. But it was described as new and is not.
