Lightweight, modern, VERY bright LED lamp. Flicker-free with a diffused, solid white glow. Her red wire goes to US Black (live wire) and her blue wire goes to US White (neutral). A simple search on Google. It would be nice if the mounting plate could be bolted directly to the switch box - you'll need to find a better way to center it instead. Adjustable left/right only, not forward/backward or clockwise/counterclockwise. And yes, as previously suggested, it would be nice if the wires were stripped more than 2 inches. Not dimmable which would be nice considering how bright it actually is.
