Don't buy this, the abrasive ceramic is weak and you risk chewing on the pieces. I had this grinder less than two months before it started breaking and leaving splinters in my food. These are hard teeth that break off ceramic fragments. See the attached photo where the gear is chipped. Spend more and save your teeth
