Review on Gohantee Igniter Upgrade Windsor Empress by Grant Zeeb

I installed a simple 2 wire thermostat to make my Enviro pellet stove work more precisely than the comfortZone set on the unit. Less than a month later, my detonator burned out. I replaced it with this igniter and it fit and was easy to install. Month normally worked and burned out. A NOTICE. The manual says that using a thermostat can shorten the life of the igniter. 30 days? A factory new replacement igniter costs almost two hundred dollars, so I guess I'm still ahead of the game. UPDATE: My second detonator just blew after thirty days. Keep in mind that your detonator needs to reheat every time you drop a degree or two, which can mean twenty times a night. I'll try to just go back to the old way of either turning it on or off or using the comfort zone set on the stove. This will at least tell me if this product actually lasts.
