Used condition - Security

that I ordered two, both came in used condition. The brass valves looked burnt and the control panels were badly scratched, especially in the battery compartment. I returned one and had no choice but to install another as waiting for another kit would upset my plumber. It works but I'm disappointed with what I got, especially at this price point. Wouldn't buy again.

Pros

24/7 leak protection - Easy to read LED control panel showing closed or open with AC power and battery backup capability in the event of a power outage
