Review on Forewards by Ken Hamdan

I like everything about this software so far! Especially how fast it loads for me as i am using my mobile data connection while in Nigeria where internet connections are sketchy at best :) This will be great when we get good enough wifi or 4G here haha but till then its going well with 2g speeds :). The support has been fantastic too from people who seem very dedicated towards what they do which really makes working better compared if you knew someone were not doing anything just because there was nothing wrong within our system ;) Great job forewordssys!! One feature request would simply add custom fields such auto-filler option (which currently shows up) - adding them manually isn't always ideal esp considering all your information may change sometimes especially between clients/samples etc Forewards helps us to have a better understanding of our customers and the way they interact with our products. We can also see what are the best performing products in our portfolio. I like the fact that we can create a custom questionnaire for our customers and send it to them. I would like to have more reports in order to have a better understanding of our customers. It is a great tool for us to understand our customers better and to have a better understanding of their needs.
