Now I have two sets of these 100 magnetic blocks. My 3 year old loves them very much and she liked them a lot for a while. The magnet connection is really fun to assemble - connecting the magnets is just a nice feeling. This is one of those toys that I think adults like as much as kids (although most of what I build is sacrificed for what the kid builds). The magnets work well and are strong enough for you to build fairly large structures. . One of my kid's favorite things is to just build a tower and she can usually get it about 2 feet tall before it becomes unreliable. We haven't broken any tiles yet, so the pieces are very solid. One suggestion for the game is that it's fun to put flashlights in the things you build. You can also craft a small box with tiles of the same color and put a bright flashlight in it to illuminate a dark room with any color of the tiles. After playing with it for a while you will stop thinking. just in terms of boxes and houses and then you can actually make some cool stuff and add other toys. Highly recommended, and by the way, I initially thought they were a little good value for money. Several family members bought them after playing with them at our house.
