That's what they say, but read carefully. They use the terms BRASS or SILVER extensively, but only one mentions that the pucks are actually made of cardboard with a thin plastic coating of "silver" or "brass." The center square hole in the washer is only partially knocked out and the small knockout can be removed fairly easily before the pin can be inserted. Here are just a few inconveniences that you did not expect when looking at photos. It will be quite durable in a dry environment, but it will not withstand moisture. Pins are just classic paper fasteners. I doubt they are from "IRON". Given their malleability, I think they're most likely made of steel, and I think they're unlikely to be "rust resistant". They're fine for the simple craft projects advertised, but probably won't work for more permanent uses. The perforator is similar to a regular single hole paper punch but makes a smaller round hole.
