Now that I've completed my first water cooled build I'm pretty sure I should have used clear tubing and red liquid. They don't look good in the light. And in the twilight the color is not yet recognizable. They look like melted candy instead of glitter, so if you want a glassy look, don't go for that. Everything was fine until the job was done. I have a lot left and my build is pretty big. My main complaint is that this stuff REALLY wants to keep the shape it was in the box. I mean, he doesn't want to straighten up at all. This can make the build quite stiff, especially if you're trying to get straight cuts. I have no problems with the product and the water additives included are very pleasant. You will not get supplements if you buy them elsewhere. In summary, this worked for me and I would recommend them if you don't have white LEDs. Everyone says reds are more like oranges. Now onto the hardtubes in my next build with these new RGB fittings from Thermaltake.
