It's Damn Powerful! I live in a fairly large one bedroom apartment in California and I don't seem to need air conditioning. So I bought that. I turned it on in my living room to check it out and it blew all my stuff off my desk across the room, behind the sofa, like the tornado in the Wizard of Oz intro. I personally like it, my room is nice and cool. Admittedly - it's bloody loud too - but it's industrial power, so those with lots of horsepower are expected to have a loud engine. I've had it for about a month now and I'm getting used to it, it's become a kind of white noise and blocks out most of the random street noise at night. I'm very happy with it!
