This is a fogger, not a portable air conditioner. I mainly use it on my desk and haven't had to use the Demist feature indoors. When I'm in the garage I use the fog function and it works pretty well. The best thing about this device is that you can operate it while connected to a USB charger, or you can run it on battery power for portability. By the way, the defog function offers a LOT of defog on the lowest setting. No need to spray higher than low. The fan, on the other hand, works excellently at the highest settings.
